Welcome to another Fermentation Masterclass ! Step into the slow, fizzing world of kombucha, and for the second time this year, I will be heading towards Frankfurt am Main, to host a Kombucha Workshop in the delicious Butter Bakery owned by Sina & Sabrina. Last class during spring was quite amazing, we formed a very dedicated group, that stayed in contact until today, sharing their processes and doubts while they experimented thoroughly. I'm very impressed and amazed of the fermenting community that comes up after these classes. In this workshop, we guide you through the magic of fermentation — from tea to tangy treasure. You’ll meet your SCOBY (yes, it’s alive!) and learn how to nurture it like a kitchen companion. This isn’t just brewing. It’s a gentle ritual. A pause in the chaos.
